Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below is our return and exchange policy to ensure a clear and fair process for both sides.
1. Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if more than 40% of the items received are defective (e.g., misprinted, torn, stained due to production). In such cases, you may choose either:

A full refund, or

Replacement items matching the quantity and type originally ordered.
To qualify, products must be unused and returned in their original condition, with labels, seals, and packaging intact. Items showing signs of use, damage, or stains will not be accepted.
2. Incorrect Items Delivered
If you receive items that do not match your order, please contact our customer service team at Dryngood immediately for assistance. Once confirmed, we will arrange for the incorrect items to be returned and will send the correct ones at no additional charge.
3. Return & Exchange Conditions
To ensure a smooth return/exchange process, please follow these conditions:

You must contact us within 1 day of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Products must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging with any company seals or warranty tags (if included) fully intact.

All original items such as boxes, manuals, and tags must be included.
For returns or exchanges not due to our fault (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size/color chosen by the customer), a fixed service fee of 30,000 VND will be applied. This covers handling, repackaging, and delivery charges.

5. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
